Opportunity to give back

We are looking for a Customer Insights expert to conduct some research which will help us to understand the general satisfaction of users and where we can improve. This project involves:
1) a 1 hour briefing with Charitable Choice to understand the project, review the information on hand and to ask any questions
2) creation of materials to gain insights into the experience of Charitable Choice including a survey for website users and interview questions for partners
3) Analysis of survey and interview results
4) Recommendations/testimonials based on the information received
5) A 1 hour debrief with Charitable Choice to showcase the results of the project.
