Problem

The mistreatment and lack of access to justice for foreign domestic workers.

Our Mission

We offer free help, advice and legal protection to foreign domestic workers to empower them to seek the justice they deserve.

Our journey so far

30 years ago, a barrister from Wales, James Collins, offered a sympathetic ear to domestic workers. He and other members of the legal professional began to offer domestic workers free legal advice on Sundays.

Since this time we have assisted domestic workers advocate for their rights across a wide range of matters, including cases of physical abuse, trafficking, debt bondage, false accusations and unfair dismissals.

Our biggest achievement

We have helped over 100,000 workers find the justice they deserve

Why you should donate your skills to us

We have a huge impact but can do more. Right now we have only 3 full time members of staff.

We have so much to say to domestic workers and employers. However, we have so few resources to spread our message. The more we can get the word about our services out, the more domestic workers we can help.

All of our projects are really useful - you can be sure that if you donate your skills to us, we will really appreciate your work and use it to make more impact!
