Opportunity to give back

MIND HK has been working hard to help even more Hong Kongers to protect their mental and access the resources that we need. We have been developing “Help Me” chat app powered by AI, which will assist users to quickly identify mental health information and support. We have already built a prototype and conducted initial user testing. We are looking for a copywriter, to make recommendations to improve the language in our chat app.

The project includes:
a. A one hour briefing with Mind HK, to understand the project and to ask any questions
b. Review of the text in the chat app and results of previous user testing
c. Recommendations for adjustments to language and tone for text responses in the app
d. Implementation of recommendations in the excel spreadsheet containing our current chat copy
e. A 1 hour debrief with Mind HK, to finalise the project

We have:
1) A prototype app
2) Results of preliminary user testing
3) Information about the app's aims
4) Information about the app's users
5) A script of responses used in the prototype

Additional skills required

You must have both Chinese and English language skills and preferably have experience in copywriting chats for apps

Outcome for the organization

In a challenging time, more Hong Kongers could use a listening ear and some clear direction on where to get assistance with mental health challenges.
