Opportunity to give back

This project is a consulting project which will help Resolve narrow down which CRM system to implement, provide milestones for implementation and a brief that Resolve can put out to developers for quotes. The project involves:
1. A 1-2 hour meeting with Resolve to understand their current stakeholders, needs for a CRM system and budget
2. Research to compare at least 3 CRM systems (including Blackbaud) for their appropriateness for Resolve
3. Recommendations for the most appropriate system for Resolve
4. Summary of research, recommendations and key milestones for the CRM process. Creation of a brief that can be given to a developer to obtain quotes for this project.
5. Presentation of all final deliverables to Resolve in a 1 hour wrap up presentation.

So much of Resolve is about connecting with different segments of the community to support a more inclusive Hong Kong. With better a CRM system, we will be better able to reach out to our donors and stakeholders and engage in them in ways that matter.
