Opportunity to give back

Happeriod has been running as a social initiative spearheaded by Zoe Chan for several years now.

Although Zoe has created and released a toolkit for educators around menstruation, entered into contracts and partnerships with menstrual products providers and resellers and cofounded an initiative to combat period poverty - she has done this as solo social entrepreneur.

Zoe has expanded so much that it is time for her to create a company for her social initiative.

This project involves
1) Meeting with Zoe to understand Happeriod's aims for the project.
2) Recommending the appropriate legal structure to Zoe
3) Preparing the documentation for Zoe to lodge her application to become a limited liability company
3) Assisting Zoe to make a successful application to register her company at the Companies' Registry.
