Opportunity to give back

We are looking for a marketer to help us gather and write some short customer testimonials.

The project involves:
1. Reaching out to 20 organisations that have been clients of Dream Impact. Please note these will be organisations who have hired our venue.

2. Drafting short testimonials (150 words each) about the experience that these clients had with Dream Impact

3. Submitting sample 3 quotes for review

4. Submitting the next 10 quotes for review

5. Presenting the 20 quotes from customers and 2 slides collating insights from this exercise at a debrief for Dream Impact

Information on hand

We have:
1) A list of clients
2) Questions to ask clients
3) Examples of existing testimonials from clients

Additional skills required

We would love a volunteer who is bilingual - but this is not a dealbreaker.

Outcome for the organization

Connecting with our clients and learning about their experience of engaging with us is key to helping us
1) improve our customer service
2) showcase the benefits of engaging with us to potential clients
