Opportunity to give back

Circular City has been developing an ecosystem incentivising Hong Kongers to take steps for a more sustainable life. As a first step, we are piloting a viable system for smart reusable takeout containers. We need some assistance to raise awareness for this amongst the public.

This project involves:
1) Meeting with Circular City to understand the product, launch and the resources we have on hand

2) Creating a powerpoint plan to launch the reusables pilot

3) 2x revisions as necessary

4) Presentation of the launch strategy in a 1 hour presentation to Circular City Ltd

Information on hand

We have:
1) New reusable takeaway box progamme in Discovery Bay and central
2) An existing social media launch plan that can be adapted for Circular City
3) Clear understanding of key messages, target audience and profiles of launch partners.

Outcome for the organization

We have all the ingredients ready to really make a dent in the problem of waste generated by takeout containers. We are currently being incubated by Cyberport and our proprietary technology is funded for a 6 week pilot this summer.

This launch plan would be key to persuading Hong Kongers to try something new to reduce the mountain of takeaway waste. By lending your social media marketing skills to launch this product and the Circular City rewards scheme - you will also be helping to incentivise Hong Kongers to take practical environmental action that will sustain us all.
