Opportunity to give back
This project is a consulting project which will help Dream Impact narrow down which CRM system to implement, provide milestones for implementation and a brief that Dream Impact can put out to developers for quotes.
The project involves:
1. A 1-2 hour meeting with Dream Impact to understand their current stakeholders, needs for a CRM system and budget
2. Research and compare at least 3 CRM systems (including Blackbaud) for their appropriateness for Dream Impact
3. Recommendations for the most appropriate system for Dream Impact
4. Summary of research, recommendations and key milestones for taking a CRM process forward. Creation of a brief that can be given to a developer to obtain quotes for this project
5. Presentation of all final deliverables to Dream Impact in a 1 hour wrap up presentation.
