Opportunity to give back

We are seeking a photographer to take some creative portraits of remarkable Hong Kongers. The project involves:
1) A briefing with Dear Hong Kong to understand the project, technical specifications for photographs and to ask any questions
2) Reviewing interview notes and profiles of 5 subjects to be photographed
3) Devising, arranging and conducting creative photography shoots to show the essence of the subjects
4) Debriefing with Dear Hong Kong including final form of photographs

1) A list of remarkable Hong Kongers and guidelines for taking portraits
2) Samples of portraits previously taken
3) Project timeline.

Additional skills required

Experienced portrait photographer. Please provide online portfolio

Outcome for the organization

This project is a labour of love to break down barriers between people and showcase multicultural Hong Kong. The pictures are the at the heart of this initiative. By helping us to showcase multicultural Hong Kong in our upcoming book, your efforts will contribute directly to fostering connections and mutual understanding about and between Hong Kongers.
